OF STREET PAVINC I~PROVEiv[E~ ON N. E. 6TH
STREET FRO]~ N. E. 8?-{ AVE}RtE EAST TO PAL~! TRAIl,.
WHEREAS, the City ~Council deems it to the best interest
of the City of Delray Beach to cause that portion of N. E. 6th
Street between N. E. 8th Avenue and Ps!m Trail, tc be graded
and paved to a width of 2~ feet, and to assess the cost of such
paving against the lands abutting thereon,

City of Delray Beach, Florida, gs follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer be required to submit
plans, specific'ations, 8nd estimate of cost of such improvement
to be made, and that the same shall be placed on file ~n the
