SPECIAL MEETING
OF
DELRAY BEACH CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the City of Delray
Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to advise you
of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council Chambers at
7:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 5, 1985.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of considering:
1) First Reading of Ordinance No. 17-85 relative to annexing
an 8.816 acre parcel of land in Section 25, Township 46
South, Range 42 East (Linton Oaks Square).
2) First Reading of Ordinance no. 18-85 relative to amending
the Land Use Plan for an 8.816 acre parcel of land in
Section 25, Township 46 South, Range 42 East (Linton Oaks
Square) .
3) Resolution No. 14-85 requesting permission from the Board
of County Commissioners to rezone land when annexed from
CG-General Commercial (County) to GC (General Commercial)
(City) .
