Campbell has instructed me to advise you of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 2, 1984. This meeting has been called for the purpose of: 1. Considering passage of Resolution No. 78-84 voicing the opposition of the City Council to the Unitary Tax and urging its replacement with another revenue source. 2.
