AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIG-
NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND
LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM PRD-10 (PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL 10 UNITS/ACRE) TO ART (AGRICULTURAL RESIDEN-
TIAL TRANSITIONAL). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED
NORTH OF GERMANTOWN ROAD AND BOUNDED ON THE EAST, WEST
AND NORTH BY CROSSWINDS PHASE I; AMENDING THE LAND USE
PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DAT~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows:
That parcel lying north of Germantown Road and bounded on
the east, north and west by Crosswinds Phase I, as
recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 56 and 57 of the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and Crosswinds
Phase 2, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 34-36, of the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, Section 30,
Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida.
The subject property is located north of Germantown Road
and bounded on the east, west and north by Crosswinds,
Phase I.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to ART (Agricultural Residential Transitional).
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final
reading on this the 30thday of December , 1986.
