AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 15C
"LANDSCAPING" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH BY AMENDING SECTION 15C-7
(b) TO INCREASE PER/,~IT FEE; PROVIDING A SAVING
CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 15C-7(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of. Delray Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) The fee.for the issuance of a permit in
compliance with chapter 15C shall be as follows:
For the area to be covered for vehicular use areas
with blacktop or paving, for the first one thousand
(1,000) square feet, ~-~½a~-~6v~8~ ten
dollars ($10.00); each additional one thousand
(1,600) square feet, one dollar ($1.00).
Section 2. That should any section or provision of this ordinance
or any portion thereof, or any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a
court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remainder hereof, other than the part declared to be
invalid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days
after passage on second and final reading.
