HE IT 0RDAI~D By the authority aforesaid, that, that one
certain ordinance passed by the authority aforesaid on the 26th
day of July, A. D. 1926, ~The same being /~o. 222), be and the
same is hereby amended as follows, to-wit: By striking from said
ordinance Section three (3) thereof, and by amending Section
two (2) to read Three hundred Dollars ($300.00) instead of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) as it now reads.
