Ord 08-Prohibiting Tents *~.~'~,~ PROHIBITiNC~ THE ERECTION OF TENTS, AND
ORDERIN¢ T}~IR R~,IOVAL IN THE CITY OF DELRAY
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, Cor-
poration of Corapany to use at any time a te~t or any other c~uvas-
covered building for living quarters in any part of the City of
Delray, except the Tourist Cam_p.
SECTION ~. All existin~%~' tents must be removed within ten days
upon ~.~otice from the C~zief of Police or the City Clerk.
SECTION Z. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION ~. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer:en~y
ord inane e.
