Res 81-80 RESOLUTION NO. 81-80
A RESOLUTION TO READOPT THE 1979-80 BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE APPROPRIA-
TIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CITY UNTIL SUCH TIME
AS THE 1980-81 TENTATIVE BUDGET IS ADOPTED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, as follows:
Section 1. - That there, hereby, is readopted the 1979-80 Budget of
the City of Delray Beach to provide appropriations for the operation of
the City from October 1, 1980, until such time as the 1980-81 tentative
budget is adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach,
Florida, this 23rd day of September, 1980.
