Res 1109-58 RESOLUTION NO. 1109 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUIRING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR CON- STRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS IN SECTION "I" AS SHOWN ON STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM SURVEY FILE T. F. 1868, TOGETHER WITH THE INSTALLATION OF CATCH BASINS, MAN-HOLES AND APPURTENANCES IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUCH STORM DRAINS. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, as follows: 1. That the City Manager shall secure plans, specifi- cations and estimate of cost for the construction of Storm Drains . and appurtenances in Section "I" as shown on Storm Drainage System Survey File T. F. 1868, together with the installation of neces- sary Catch Basins and Man-Holes in conjunction with such Storm Drains to drain an area to be determined as the Drain Field Area i and lying within that section of land bounded by: ~ Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the i right-of-way of State Road No. AIA (formerly State Road No. 140) ~with the Easterly extension of the center line of Shulson Street; ! thence Westerly to the intersection of the Northerly extension of ! the East line of Beach Lot 29 with the center line of Shulson Street; thence Southwesterly to a point on the south line of Beach Lot 29, which point is 220 feet Easterly from the West line of ~: said Beach Lot 29; thence southerly to a point on the South line of Beach Lot 30, said point being 220 feet Easterly from the West line of said Beach Lot 30; thence Westerly a distance of 240 feet to a point of intersection of the center line of Gleason Street with the Westerly extension of the South line of Beach Lot 30; thence Southwesterly to the North East corner of Lot 6, Block H, The Village; thence Westerly along the North line of Lots 6 and 7, Block H, to the North West corner of said Lot 7; thence South- westerly to a point of intersection of the center lines of Casuarina Road & Venetian Drive; thence Northwesterly to a point in the North line of Lot 8, Block K, which point is S0' Easterly from the West line of said Lot 8; thence Northerly and at all times 50 feet Easterly from the West Boundary line of Block K to a point in the North line of Lot l, Block K; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot I to a point of intersection with the extension thereof and the center line of Venetian Drive; thence Northeasterly to a point in the East line of Lot 2 Block E, which point is 18 feet North of the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 2; thence Easterly on a line parallel to and ll8 feet Northerly from the South line of the North half of Muck Lot 159 to a point of intersection with the center line of Gleason Street; thence ~.Northerly along said center line of Gleason St. to a point of intersection with the Westerly extension of the Center line of Ocean Terrace; thence Easterly along center line of Ocean Terrace ilto the ~.ntersection of the Easterly extension thereof with the I centerline of AIA; thence Southerly along the centerline of said AIA to the point oi' beginning. 2.
