A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AME~DING SECTION
ONE (1) OF RESOLUTION NO. 1110 REQUIRING
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF COST
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS IN SECTION
"J" AS SHOWN ON STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM SURVEY
FILE T. F. 1868, TOGETHER WITH THE INSTALLA-
TION OF CATCH BASINS, MAN-HOLESAND APPURTE-
NANCES IN CONJUNCTION ~&iTH SUCH STORM DRAINS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Delray
iBeach, Florida, as follows:
1. That the City Manager shall secure plans, specifi-
cations and estimate of cost for the construction of Storm Drains
and appurtenances in Sectio~ "J" as shown on revision to Storm
Drainage System Survey ?ile T. l~. 1868, together with the instal-
lation of necessary Catch Bas.~ns and Man-Holes in ~ j.~.ctlon ~ith
.~ a~:'~.~ ~tor~ Drains to drain an area to be determined as the Drain
iField Area and lying within that section of land bounded by:
ii Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the
!right-of-way of State Road No. ~iA (formerly State Ro~d No. ]~0)
iwith the Easterly extension of the center line of Ocean Terrace;
i tnenc~ Westerly along sa~d Ceater line of Ocean Terrace to the
point of intersection with the center _line of Gleason
thence Souto~erl'y to the point of intersection of said certer line
of Gleason Street with the Easterly extensio~ of a line parallel
to and ll$ !~eet North of the South line of the North half of Muck
iiLot 159; thence Westerly along s~id line which is parallel to and

City to make the necessary revisions as outlined on
the attached sketch. We will, he. ever, be olad
prepare this eevision if you so desire.
Please advise if this change will complicate mat-
ters as far as adjustment of assessments Is concerned,
and we will be qoverned accordin9ly.
