filed Its Petition For Annexation, as amended, by the City
Delray Beach, Florida, of the lands therein described; and

The same is resolved under the condition, however, that in the
event any such lot is sold, transferred or otherwise disposed
of by Tropic Isles Trading Center, Inc,, or in the event any
building is constructed on any lot aforesaid, then such lot
shall be taxed in addition to the l~mitatlons per lot aforesaid by
said City in accordance with the general provisions of said City.
3. The water mains to be ~nstalled in said area (but not
the service connections to private property) shall become the pro-
perty oF the City oF Delray Beach, Florida, and said City shall
Furnish water to the inhabitants oF said property at the same rates
charged to other water consumers in the City oF Delray Beach,
Florida.
4. That the City oF Delray Beach agrees to pay to Tropical
Isles Development Co. one hundred percent (100~) oF the water re-
venues received by the City F~om the lands shown on the plat oF
Tropic Isles Trading Center in accordance with and under the
ltJaitations provided in the UPetition For Annexation by the City
oF Delray Beach, Floridau 8ube~ttted by Tropical Isles Development
Co., as amended by Amendment to Petition For Annexation by the
City oF Delray Beach, Floridau dated July 9; 1956; approved by the
City Council by Resolution No. 1018 adopted July 14, 1956.
5. The Hayer, City Clerk and City Engineer are hereby auth-
orized and directed to Forthwith approved the plat oF Tropic Isles
Trading Center as presented~ subject, however, to the conditions
contained In this Resolution.
6. That the City oF Delray Beach shall r~quest the Legiso
latu~e oF the State oF Florida at its r~lar session in 1957 to
validate by special act the ordinance referred to in Section2
hereoF, and all the provisions thereoF.
7. That the Reserwation8; Restrictions and Covenants set
Forth in the said Petition For Annexation by Tropic Isles Trading
Center, Inc., as amended; which are attached marked Exhibit #Cu in
sa~d petition; are hereby ratified, approved and affirmed.
