A HESOLUTION OF THE CITY CONHISSION OF THE
CITY OF DELHAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY HANAGEH TO PROCEED WITH THE ~0PENING,
AND PAVING OF ~HAT PART OF $. W. SIXTH AVENUE,
LYING BETWEEN GEHHANT0WN ROAD (10th St.) AND
SPOFFORD STREET, TO A WIDTH OF T~ENTY-T~O (22)

~HEHEAS, the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach,
Florida, did on the 9th day of April, 1956, determine to proceed
with the opening and paving of that part of South West Sixth
Avenue lying between Germanto~nRoad (10th St.) and Spofford
Street, to a width of twenty-two (22) feet, and
~HEHEAS, the Resolution providing therefor has been duly
published as required by the City Charter, together with a notice
that objections to said ~mprovement would be heard on this date,
and,
WHEREAS, no sufficient objections have been made to such
proposed ~provement,
NOW~ THERt~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co~ission of the
City of Delray Beach, Florida, that the City Hanager be and he is
hereby instructed to proceed with the opening and paving of that
part of South West Sixth Avenue lying between Ger~antown Road
(10th St°) and Spofford Street, to a width of twenty-two (22)
feet, according to the plans and specifications heretofore filed
with the City Clerk, and a copy thereof filed in the office of
the C~ty Hanager and kept open for the inspection of the public.
PASSED in Regular Session on this the 23rd day o£ April, A.D.
