~HERE~S, the City Engineer of the City of Delray Beach,
Florida, has, in pursuance to the Charter of said city, submitted
to the City Council for approval a report of the cost and the
assessment roll for repaving Southwest Third Street from Swinton
avenue to Southwest Fifth Avenue,
NO~,'Y THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~) by the City Council of the
City of Delray Beach, Florida, as follow, s:
SECTION 1. That said report and assessment roll as sub-
mitted by the City Engineer be and the same is hereby approved.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach,
Florida, this the thirteenth day of July, A.D. 1949.
