and did ~so adopt a resolution on the ~th day of Septe~er, 1948, accept-
lng plans, s~cifi~tions and estate of cost of said ~provement work, and
ordered said plans a~ spec~ications and estate of cost thereof to be
filed in the office of the City Clerk ~d a coW thereof to be file¢t in the
office of the City Engineer and kept open for inspection by the public,

Delray Beach, Florida, t~t it t~s deten~ined to ~ke the following
described ~.provement ~l~_ch the City deems to be necessa~ for tb~ safety
and convenience of the ~blic, to-wit:
Constructing sto~ drains on Gleason Street from Sh~son
Street to In~ Street ~d begi~ing on Gleason Street
and e:~ending eastward on ~,lassau Street a distance of
feet, ~d the installation of five necessa~ catch bas~s
M~ conjm~ction with such sto~ ~ains,
the tot~ est~ted cost of which improvement is ~1,435.50.
BE IT F~TP~ ~SOLP~ t~t the entire cost of such improvement
s~ll be assessed against the following described property ~ De~ay Beach,
Florida:
Lots 6 to 15 ~clusive of Nassau Park; Oce~. Beach Lot
25; the West ~3.5 ft. of the South 130.38 ft. of Ocean
Beach Lot 26; the West 275 ft. of Ocean Beach Lot 28;
and Lots l, 12 and 13 of ~eatley Subdivision,
said benefits to be detenained a~ prorated accordirg to the ~ront footage
of the respective properties as set forth ~-'.edintely above.
BE iT F~TP~ ~SOL~ that said special assessments against the lets
a~ lands set forth ~:~ediately above which are specially benefitted, shall
be and re~in liens superior in dimity to ~l other liens, exce~ liens for
taxes, ~t~ ~id, from the date of the asses~ent upon the respective lots
and parcels of ].and assessed and which shall bear .interest at the rate of
8 percent per annum and ~,'hich may be paid ~n ten equal yearly ir~tallments
with accrued interest on all deferre~] payments. Pal~ent shall be made
at the same place that taxes payable to 'the City of Delray Beach, Florida
are paid; namely, at the office of the City Tax Collector, and upon the
failure of any property owner to pay any annual installmeut due, or any
part thereof, or any annual interest upon deferred pay~ents, the City of Del-
ray Beach may bring necess~ary legal proceed~mgs by a Bill in Chancery
to enforce pa~w~ent thereof with sll accrued interest, together with all
legal costs i~curred, including a reasonable attorney's fee. The total
amount of any lien may be paid in full at any time ~.zith interest from
the date of assessment.
