Res 715-48 RESOLUTION NO. 715 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, ~)~BIGNATING OCEAN TERRACE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The following described property, which was granted and conveyed to the City of Delray Beach, Florida, for public road purposes, by John Alden Thayer and Adair Stoughton Thayer, his wife, by a deed dated September 25, lg44, be, and the same is hereby designated as NOcean Terrace": A part of Ocean Lot 26, Llnton (now Delray Beach) Florida, lying and being in Section lS, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of said Ocean Lot 26, with the line established by re- solution of the City Council of Delray Beach, Flo- rida, as "a. line to serve in the place of the west boundary line of Ocean Boulevard. and thus shown on Plat recordedin Plat Book 20, Page 4, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, said line being hereinafter referred to as said established line;thence westerly along the north line of said Ocean Lot 26, a distance of 538 feet, more or less, to the northwes~ corner of said Lot; thence souther- ly along the west line of said Ocean Lot 26, a dis- tance of 30 feet to a point; thence easterly along a line parallel to and 30 feet southerly from, measured at right angles to the north line of said Ocean Lot 26, a distance of 384.5', more or less, to a point 150 feet westerly, measured along said parallel line from said established line; thence northerly, along a line parallel to said established line, a distance of 15.0g feet to a point in a line parallel to and 15 feet southerly from, measured at right angles to the north line of said Ocean Lot 26; thence easterly along said line parallel to and 15 feet southerly from the north line of said Ocean Lot 26, a distance of 150 feet to a point in said established line; thence northerly along said established line, a distance of 15.09 feet to the point of beginning.
