Res 336 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUlqCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY B~CH, FLORIDA, i',~I~G S%F~PL~/JV~NTAL ~'~ROVISION FOR THE COI~ENSATION OF Ti~ FISCAL AGA/TT FOR THE CITY OF DELRAY B~:-~CH, FLORIDA. WHEKEAS, by resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Delray ~each on January 24, 1939, an Agreement was entered into between the City and Thomas M. Cook and Company whereby Thomas M. Cook and Company was appointed Fiscal Agent for the City for the purpose of undertakirg the readjustment of the City's indebtedness by the issuance of refunding bonds and it is now necessary that supplemental provision in that regard be made as hereinafter stated; NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, as follows: Section 1. That, for services rendered in connection with the refunding program, Thomas M. Cook and Company, as fiscal agent, be paid a total fee of one-half of one (1%) per cent on the principal amount of all Refunding Series "k" and Series "B" Bonds actually delivered in exchange for the City's presently outstanding indebtedness. That such compensation shall be based upon a Certificate from the ~est PaLm oeach Atlantic National Bank, exchange agent, showing the amount of refunding~actually delivered. Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. Passed by unanimous vote of the City Council, all members being present, at a special meeting of said City Council on October 30, 1939.
