BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i
DELRAY BEACH, that the ~ngineer's report of the costs and the
assessment roll for the filling, grading and paving of
Andrews Street, Low~y Street and Seabreeze Avenue, be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted, and that the same has beenl
examined and is in proper form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Engineer's report and
assessment roll be placed on file in the office of the/Clerk
of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, and that said assessment
roll be advertised once each week for two consecutive weeks,
to-wit: September 17th and September 24th, 1937, in the Delray
Beach News, a newspaper published in the City of Delray Beach,
Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said notice be signed by
the City Clerk in the City of Delray Beach, and shall set forth
that. said assessment roll has been examined and approved by the
~ · City Council, and that the City Council will sit on the 4th
day of October, A. D. 1937 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. in the City
Council Chamber at the City Hall, said day being not earlier
than three days from the final publication of such notice, and
shall sit for the purpose of hearing objections to said assess-
ment roll, if any.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Engineer' s report of
the costs and assessment roll be attached to this resolution
and made a part hereof.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, at its
regular meeting held September 13th, 1937.

said assessments shall be payable in ten equal annual install-
ments, payable on ~ovember first of each and every year from
1~33~ to 19~t~, both inclusive, together with accrued interest
at the rate of 8% on all deferred payments, unless paid
within thirty (50) days after said assessment is approved and
confirmed.
The City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida,
will sit in Special ~ession at the City Hall in the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, at ?:50 o~clock P. ~. on October 4,
1937, for the purpose of hearing any and all objections to
the above and foregoing assessment roll, as prepared by the City
Engineer, and examined and approved by the City Council.
This notice is published pursuant to a resolution duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida.~
City Clerk.
