!. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH,
· FLORIDA, ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR S'I2:~-~T II~RO'~JtI2i~T WOt~.
~, a majority of the owners of the lands fronting
on Southeast Seventh Avenue from a point beginning 175 feet South
of the South property line of Southeast Third Street and extending
to a point 554 feet South of the South property line of Southeast
Third Street have petitioned the City Council to cause that above
described portion of Southeast Seventh Avenue to be graded and
paved to a width of 18 feet, according to City specifications,and
to assess the costs of said grading and paving against said lands;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the best interest
of the City of Delray Beach to cause said above described portion
of Southeast Seventh Avenue to be graded and paved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of
the City of Delray Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
required to immediately prepare plans, specifications and estimates
of the cost for such grading and paving for the following proposed
improvement s:
The grading and f~! ~.!~u~ of that portion of Southeast
Seventh Avenue in the City of Delray Beach, Florida, beginning
175 feet South of the South property line of Southeast Third
Street and extending to a point ~ feet South of the South
property line of Southeast Third Street.
SECTION 2. That said plans and specifications and
estimates of cost for such proposed improvements when compiled
by the City Engineer shall be filed with the City Clerk and a
copy of said plans, specifications and estimates of cost shall
also be filed in the office of the City Engineer for public
inspection.
