Res 224 A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNET TO IN~
STITUTE FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS FOR COLLECTION OF
TAX SALE CERTIFICATES HELD BY THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
for the best interests of the City to collect its delinquent
tax liens outstanding against the following described pro-
perty, to-wit:

East half (E~I of Lot Twenty-seven (2?), Section
20, Township 46 South, Range 45 East - 10 acres
and WHEREAS, Section 109 of the Charter Act of the City
provides upon the adoption of a resolution instructing the
City Tax Collector to deliver any one or more tax lien
certificates owned by the City and in the custody of said
Collector to the City Attorney for collection, said City
Attorney upon receipt of such tax sale certificates shall
proceed to foreclose said liens in accordance with the
provisions of the City Charter Acta
Now, TM~.REFORE, Be It Resolved:
Section le That the City Tax Collector is hereby
instructed to deliver to the City Attorney all tax sale
certificates owned by the City, and in the custody of the
Tax Collector, outstanding against the following described
real estate, to wit:

East half (E~) of Lot Twenty Seven (27)~ Section
Township 46 South, Range 45 East - l0 acres
so that said tax lien certificates may be foreclosed by
the City Attorney$
SECTION 2. That the City Attorney is hereby instructed
to institute foreclosure proceedings for the collection of
said tax sale certificates, when delivered, to him, by
the City Tax Collector, in accordance with the provisions
of the 19~? City Charter Act~
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at its regular
meeting June 27, 1938.
