V~.HEREAS the City CoLu~cil of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, has caused that portion of S.E. Eighth Avenue (Palm Avenue), between Atlantic ~¢venue and S.E. First Street, to be graded and paved, a~d WHE ~RF~AS such work has been completed and the City Engineer has presented to the Council a repor~ of the cost of said im- provement and an assessment roll showing the lots and lands assessed, to pay the cost thereof and the amount of the assess- ment as to each, and ~.'~tEREAS the City Council has examined said report and assessment roll and finds the same to be in proper form as provided by the City Charter. Tt~.~E~FOE~, IT R::o0LV~D by the City Council of the City of Delr~y Beach, Florida, that the said report of cost a~i the assessment roll as prepared by the City _~.lagineer be and the same is hereby approved and it is hereby directed that same be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, and that said assessment roll be advertised once each week for two successive weeks in a newspaper published in the City of Delray Bea~ch, Florida, together with a notice to be signed by the City Clerk of tP~is City, setting forth that the said assessment roll has been examined cad approved by the City Clerk and giving notice of the date and hour of hearing for the purpose of entertaining any objections to said assessment roll, ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City o~ Delray Beach, Florida, on this the a~th day of October, A.D. 19~8.
