WHEREAS, there are certain city taxes for the year 19E6
assessed against the SE~ of the SE~ of~Section 5, Township 48,
South of Range 4~ E~st, in the amount cf $~50o00, and interest and
fees thereon amoanting to $57.00; and
WHEREAS, Mr. P. Sievers has offered to pay the sum of
$161.65 in fmll settlement of taxes covering said property, less
a lot in the Northeast corner of said tract 150 x E00 feet, and
also less certain lots n~mbered from 1 to 8, inclusive, of a s,~b-
division known as Delray Shores Plaza, as shown by a plat of same
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Comrt of Palm
Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 4, at~.page 48, Same being a
subdivision of the South seven acres of the SE~ of the SE~ of Sg~:
Section 5, Township 46 So~th of Range 43 E~st$
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIZ of the
City of Delray Beach, Florida, that the said offer of settlement
made by P. Sievers, as herein set forth, be accepted in fall set-
tlement of the taxes on the SE~ of the S~ or,SeCtion ~, Township
4~, South of Range 4Z East, less a lot in the Northeast corner of
said tract 180 x EO0 feet, and also less certain lots numbered from
I to 8, inclusive, of a subdivision known as Delray Shores Plaza,
as shown by a plat of same on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Palm Beach Co~uty, Florida, in Plat Book
~t page 48, same being a sabdivision of the So~th seven acres of
the SE~~ of the SE~ o ion
East, and the Clerk of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, is here-
by authorized to cancel tax sale certificates on this property and
accept the said sum of $161.65 in f,~ll settlement of the taxes dae
thereon, and to issue receipts to the said P. Sievers covering
s~ch property.
