06-15-60SpMtg JUNE 15th, 1960. A Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 9:00 A.M., by Vice-Mayor Dugal G. Campbell, with City Manager George Mingle, and Councilmen Charles Harbison, John A. Thayer and George V. Warren being present. City Manager Mingle submitted the "SUMMARY" of votes cast at the SPECIAL VOTE held on Tuesday, June 14th, 1960, being as follows: SUMMARY OF ALL VOTES CAST @ SPECIAL VOTE HELD ON JUNE 14th, 1960. SHALL THERE BE REZONING ONLY DURING THE MONTHS DECEMBER THROUGH APRIL, AND A MORATORIUMFOR THE MONTHS MAY THROUGH NOVEMBER, AT WHICH TIME REZONING REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HEARD OR ACTED UPON EXCEPT ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS.
