A Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order
at 9:00 A.M., by Vice-Mayor Dugal G. Campbell, with City
Manager George Mingle, and Councilmen Charles Harbison, John
A. Thayer and George V. Warren being present.
City Manager Mingle submitted the "SUMMARY" of votes cast
at the SPECIAL VOTE held on Tuesday, June 14th, 1960,
being as follows:
