Comissioner Cromer, informing the Commission that he would
be unable to attend the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday,
January lOth, 1956, advised the urgent need of contacting the State
Board of Health concerning the cause of that Board's recent action
relative to withholding approval of further housing developments in
this area requiring V. A. and other similar financing, alleged to be
due, in part, to Delray Beach Water analysis.
Commissioner Snow recommended, and the Commission agreed, that
the City Manager should investigate this matter, making all possible
effort to obtain definite information and submit report of his find.-
lngs, together with recommendation for p~ocedure, to the Comission
at the next regular meeting mentioned above.
Meeting adjourned.
