SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach, Mayor Nelson S. McDuffie has
instructed me to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following
purposes:
1. AGREEMENT/DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Consider entering
into an agreement with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) to provide the City with
staff support for City sponsored events and to rent office space at City Hall. (First motion to
approve agreement with Downtown Development Authority (DDA); DENIED, 5-0. Second motion to
allow Downtown Development Authority (DDA) to rent space in City Hall; DENIED, 5-0)
2. AMENDED CONTRACT FOR SALE AGREEMENT/HSBC BANK USA/616 S.W.
9Tx STREET: Consider approval of an amended Contract for Sale Agreement for 616 S.W. Stn
Street from $90,000.00 to $99,000.00. (Addendum) (Approved, 5-0)
