SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA/PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach, Mayor Nelson S. McDuffie has instructed me to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes: RESOLUTION NO. 49-10 (TENTATIVE MILEAGE LEVY A resolution tentatively levying a tax on all properties within the City of Delray Beach for operation and maintenance and for payment of principal and interest on bonded indebtedness for FY 2011. (Motion to set tentative millage rate of 7.19 mils; Approved, 5-0) 2. RESOLUTION NO. 50-10 (TENTATIVE MILEAGE LEVY/DDA~ A resolution tentatively levying a tax on all properties within the Downtown Development Authority Taxing District of the City of Delray Beach for FY 2011. (Motion to approve tentative DDA millage rate of 1.00 mil; Approved, 5-0) 3. RESOLUTION NO. 51-10 (TENTATIVE BUDGET ADOPTION FOR FY 20111: A resolution tentatively making appropriations of sums of money for all necessary expenditures of the City of Delray Beach for the period October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. (Motion to approve tentative budget with changes as recommended by City Manager with further adjustments to get to 7.19 mils; Approved, 5-0) 4.
