AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN
DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED SOUTH OF S.W. 10TH STREET BETWEEN
S.W. 8TH AVENUE AND GERMANTOWN ROAD, FROM ART, AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL TRANSITIONAL, IN PART, AND SF, SINGLE FAMILY, IN
PART, TO MF-H, MULTIPLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY; AMENDING THE
LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of' the subject
property is as follows:
Parcel 91
Portion of Lot 30, Subdivision of Section 20, Township 46
South, Range-43 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, in
the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East One-Half (E
1/2) of Lot 30; thence run N 87 degrees 54'58" E, along the
South line of said East One-Half (E 1/2), a distance of
25.02 feet to a point; thence run N 0 degrees 01'01" W, a
distance of 640.87 feet; thence run N 88 degrees 11'57" E, a
distance of 312.01 feet; thence run N 0 degrees 01'55" W, a
distance of 25.01 feet; thence run S 88 degrees 11'57" W, a
distance of 362.05 feet; thence run S 0 degrees 01'01" E, a
distance of 91.24 feet; thence run N 88 degrees 11'57" E, a
distance of 25.01 feet; thence run S 0 degrees 01'01" E, a
distance of 574.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of 'the
subject property in the Comprehensive Plan is hereby changed to
MF-H, Multiple Family - High Density.
Section 3. That the Planning Director of the City of Delray
Beach shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change
the Land Use Plan of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the
provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective ten
days after passage on second and final reading.
Section 5. PASSED AND ADOPTED in special session on second
and final reading on this the 22nd day of December , 1987.
