to the November 13, 2012 Special/Workshop Meeting. BACKGROUND On October 31, 2012, the City received a letter from Jeffrey Edwards of Edwards Companies requesting that the Atlantic Plaza
II Conditional Use agenda item that is scheduled for the November 6 Regular Meeting be deferred to November 13 (copy attached). If the Commission approves the request to defer this item,
it will be scheduled as a special meeting item as part of the November 13, 2012 Special/Workshop Meeting. RECOMMENDATION Commission discretion.
