CONSIDER A CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF OLD SCHOOL SQUARE GARAGE RETAIL SPACE: Consider approval of a Resolution and Contract for Sale and Purchase of the Old School Square Garage Retail Space located on the S.W. corner of Pineapple Grove Way and N.E. 1st Street; Resolution No. 08-13 provides for the sale to the Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. and Resolution No. 09-13 provide for the sale to Schmier & Feurring Properties, Inc. (PUBLIC HEARING) ) (Motion to POSTPONE the Contract For Sale and Purchase of Old School Square Garage Retail Space to the April 16, 2013 Regular Meeting; Approved, 5-0) 2. CONSULTING SERVICES/2013 MUNICIPAL ELECTION: EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES: Consider approval for a consultant to provide educational communication regarding the proposed Charter Amendments as well as the proposed Economic Development Property Tax Exemption for the March 12, 2013 Municipal Election. (Consensus of Commission for staff to utilize free resources available to the city and to find out the cost of utilizing a consultant to provide the educational communication) WORKSHOP AGENDA 1.
