WHEREAS, the City of Delray Beach, Florida, wishes to sell certain property located at the northeast comer of S.E. 4th Street and S.E. 1 st Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Buyer hereinafter named desires to buy the property hereinafter described from the City of Delray Beach, Florida; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, to sell said property.
