8. Establish a date for the 2006 Goal Setting Session (Commission direction to schedule 2006 Goal
Setting Sessions for April)
9. Review and Adoption of Rules of Procedure - Delray Beach City Commission (Local
Rules) (Adopted and approved, 5-0)
10. Review and Adoption of Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Hearings (Adopted and approved, 5-0)
11. Review of City Commission Liaison Appointments to various Advisory Boards and
outside agencies (Motion to amend liaison assignments with Commissioner Ellis assuming Commissioner
Costin's assignments; Approved, 5-0)
