MARCH 13, 2014
A Special Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida,was called to order
by Mayor Cary Glickstein in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday,
March 13, 2014.
Roll call showed
Present- Commissioner Alson Jacquet
Commissioner Adam Frankel
Commissioner Angeleta E. Gray
Mayor Cary Glickstein
Absent- Commissioner Shelly Petrolia
Also present were - Louie Chapman,Jr., City Manager
Terrill Pyburn, Interim City Attorney
Chevelle D.Nubin, City Clerk

Mayor Glickstein called the Special meeting to order and announced that it had been called for the
purpose of considering the following Item.
SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
1. MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS/RESOLUTION NO. 11-14: Canvass the returns,
and declare the results of the March 11, 2014 First Nonpartisan and Special (Referendum)
Election;approve Resolution No. 11-14.

City Clerk Chevelle D. Nubin read the results of March 11, 2014 Municipal and Special
(Referendum) Election.

Ms. Terrill Pyburn, Interim City Attorney, stated the item before the Commission tonight is to
vote to accept the returns of the election as provided by the Supervisor of Elections; and spoke
regarding the contest of an election.
Mrs. Gray moved to accept the results and approve Resolution No. 11-14, seconded by Mr.
Frankel. Upon roll call the Commission voted as follows: Mr.Jacquet—Yes;Mr. Frankel—Yes;
Mrs. Gray—Yes;Mayor Glickstein—Yes. Said motion passed with a 4 to 0 vote.
Mayor Glickstein adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:09 p.m.
