Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach, the Mayor has instructed me to
announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes:
(Mayor Glickstein called a Closed Attorney /Client Session and adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:03 p.m.)
1. CLOSED ATTORNEY /CLIENT SESSION pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8) re: Vincent Gray vs.
City of Delray Beach, Ralph Phillips, and Anthony Strianese Case No. 502010CA30359XXXXMB.

2. REVIEW AN OFFER OF SETTLEMENT IN THE CASE OF VINCENT GRAY AND
THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, RALPH PHILLIPS AND ANTHONY STRIANESE:
Consider an Offer of Settlement in the case of Vincent Gray and the City of Delray Beach, Ralph
Phillips and Anthony Strianese. (Motion to approve; Approved, 4 -0)

to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record includes the
