Please, it is your responsibility to make sure all your participants know where to line up. All members of your group should be in place no later than 5:30 p.m. Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m. An award is given to the best entry in each of four divisions and one entry will receive the “Best Overall” Float. Remember, throwing candy or other items is NOT ALLOWED. Dance/Performance Groups: There will be NO staging/stopping areas for performances. The parade must move continuously! ~ * Mandatory “Captains Meeting” ~ * One representative from your organization must attend OR you will not be invited back. Monday, December 8, 2014, 7:00 pm.
