Be~.ch, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to advise you
of a Special Meeting of the Commission to be held in the Commission
Chambers at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 7, 1989.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of considering:
FIRST READING
(1) First Reading Ordinance No. 9-89 (Flohr Property). An
Ordinance rezoning property located on the east and west sides of
AlA (Ocean Boulevard) between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal
Waterway contiguous to Highland Beach from RM-15 to SAD. If passed
Public Hearing March 28th.
(2) First Reading Ordinance 12-89 "Change OUt" Permit Fees. An
Ordinance establishing a $35 fee to repair or replacement of minor
components. If passed Public Hearing March 28th.
(3) First Reading Ordinance No. 14-89 (Butler- Arrington Property).
An Ordinance rezoning property located on the east side of S.W. 5th
Avenue between W. Atlantic Avenue and S.W. 1st Street from RM-6 to
General Commercial (GC). If passed Public Hearing March 28th.
(4) First Reading Ordinance No. l~-89 Carnival Ordinance (to follow
Tuesday evening).

north of the Exxon station.
(12A) Appointment of a Member to the Delray Beach Housing
Authority. Consider appointment of Richard A. Mildner for a term
ending July 14, 1992.

(13) Affixing a Street Name- OWens Baker Road. Consider affixing a
street name to an unnamed dirt road west of Davis Road and south of
the Sudan subdivision.
(14) Langton Consulting Contract. Agreement between the City and
Langton for grant writing services.
(15) Settlement Offer, NCNB Foreclosure on Liened Property.
(16) Award of Bids and Contracts:
A. Industrial Pretreatment program- Final payment to the South
Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board in the
amount of $84,971.88 with funding from Water and Sewer Project
Reserve Account '441-9111-581-90.44 ($30,000) and from Operating
Share Account '441-5142-536-33.36 ($54,971).
