Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the City of Delray
Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to advise you
of a Special Meeting of the Commission to be held in the Commission
Chambers at 7:00 P.M.,
This meeting has heen called for the purpose of considering:

Request American Legion Post 188/Carnival.
Commission is requested to consider a request from
Mr. John Tyson, Commander American Legion Post 188,
to conduct a carnival on January 11 to 18, 1988, on
the property east of the Police Station dedicated
for the Court House use. Approval will include
waiver of ordinance restrictions contained in
Section 4-1.
Recommendation:
Approve with conditions.
