The performance goals that I have achieved during this rating period would be becoming more familiar
with commonly used streets, using the map book to locate addresses, forming a day -today routine while
on shift in checking out equipment and completing chores. In addition to those listed I have become fluent
in knowing tool placement and operation as well as knowing the placement and quantity of medical
supplies in each of the bags.

other employees to develop their knowledge and skills?
The specific training and work assignments that have both benefited me and other crewmembers would
be SCBA proficiency, turnout, ground ladder ops, vent fan ops, equipment placement/operation, protocol

The type of guidance and/or support that I need from my supervisor to improve my performance would be
the continued training and constructive criticism that 1 have been receiving prior.

The methods/programs/courses etc that I have been using to keep abreast of new developments in my
field would be discussions between my crew, social media, protocols, supervisors, and by checking my
