and skills would be the use of all of our splints, CPAP use and indications for use and various protocols
and Hot topics in the Dept.

The guidance or other support that I need from my supervisor to improve my performance in the future
would be the same as I have received in the past as well as any additional feedback in correcting mistakes.

I am currently using the Target Solutions software along with Firefighter Near misses website and other
various websites to keep me abreast of new developments in my field.
