I will also meet with the station officers at the end of every shift to seek constructive criticism and a daily evaluation to figure out how I can further improve on a daily basis. Priority 2: objective 2:1 will continue to seek assistance and guidance from my station Officer(s) and fellow crew member so that I can become a better Paramedic, Firefighter and Brother.
