Consider authorizing execution of agreement between the City and Waste Resources of Palm Bach for a special bulk trash pick-up, February 16, 1987 through March 7, 1987. Funds will come from Sanitation Reserve Fund. Recommendation: Commission action. Action: Motion to authorize execution of agreement. * 11. Chanll:e Order No. 1 for lCl86 Resurfacinll:. Consider approval of CO No. 1 for Phase I for Pavex Corporation in the amount of $6,545.50 for additional asphalt and stripping required to properly finish the project and upgrade existing striping to meet traffic standards, with funds to come from the 1985/86 Capital Reserve. Current contract price, including this CO, $193,170.50. Recommendation: Director of Public Works/City Engineer recom- mends approval. Action: Motion to approve CO. * 12. Nuisance Abatement. Resolution No. 5-87 assesses costs of abat- ing nuisances in accordance with Section 13-13 on 22 parcels. Recommendation: City Clerk recommends approval. Action: To adopt the Resolution. REGULAR AGENDA * 13. Water Service All:reement - United States Postal Service. Consider request for water srvice agreement from the United States Postal Service for the new Post Office facility, located on the east side of Military Trail, approximately one-quarter mile south of Lake Ida Road. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Acting Planning Director recommend approval. Action: Motion to approve. * 14. Ordinance No. 4-87 - Amendinll: Code - Duration of Lien. First Reading amending Chapter 2 "Administration" of the Code of Ordi- nances providing that no lien shall continue for a period longer than five years. Recommendation: Commission action.
