cation ot:
a. Accepting portions ot the ongoing plant expansion tor sub-
stantial completion.
b. Execution ot amendment to agreement between the Cities of
Delray Beach and Boynton Beach and S. G. Phillips Construc-
tors ot Florida, Inc. to allow tor reduction of retalnage
provided the retainage being held by the owner shall be
maintained at a level tor the remainder of the project in an
amount equal to twice the value of the work to be performed
from time to time.
