chise renewal for Sunbelt-Denntronics Cable, Ltd.

Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
7. Ordinance No. 10-87 - Amendin2 Zonin2 Code - MOl (Medical Office
and Institutional) District. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING
amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances designed
to implement pOlicies adopted by City Commission as part of the
Policy Guide to the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
This will provide a district primarily oriented toward medical
uses and in support of the Delray Beach Community Hospital.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board recommends approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
8. Ordinance No. 11-87 - Amendin2 Zonin2 Code - Fabric Stores and
Furniture Uoholsterv Shoos. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING
amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances to allow
fabric stores and furniture upholstery shops as an accessory use
within certain commercial zoning districts.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Acting Planning
Director recommend approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
9. Ordinance No. 12-87 - Chan2in2 the Ci tv's Land Use Plan Desi2-
nation (Chaoel Buildin2 for Haitian Communi tv). Second Reading
and Second PUBLIC HEARING rela ti ve to changing the Ci ty' s Land
Use Plan Designation in the Comprehensive Plan for a two acre
parcel from P (Public) to SF (Single Family), located at the
northwest corner of S. W. 6th Street and S. W. 8th Avenue.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Acting Planning
Director recommend approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
10. Ordinance No. 16-87 - Prooosed New Zonin2 District - A2ricultur-
al Residential Transi tional. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING
amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances permit-
ting agricultural uses. This zoning district is required to be
in place prior to annexation of County pockets with existing
agricultural uses, allows agricultural and residential uses and
is designed to comply with provisions of the Enclave Act.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board recommends approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
11. Ordinance No. 17-87 - Prooosed New Zonin2 District - A2ricultur-
al Commercial Transitional. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING
amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances permit-

Development Corporation for removal of asbestos vents located in
the south and north water treatment plants. Current contract
price, including this CO, is $116,479.00. Funds are to come
from the Water and Sewer Reserve Fund.
