of a Special Meeting of the Commission to be held in the Conference Room

2. Discussion of Code Enforcement in Delray Beach (Hayor, City Manager
and Code Enforcement Administrator).
3. Preliminary Discussion of Capital Improvements and Budget (City
Manager) .
-4. Whether Land Transfer to the Delray Beach Housing Authority shall
contain a Reverter Clause wherein the property would revert to the
City if it is not used for low income housing or whether the at-
tached contract is an acceptable alternative (City Attorney).
