PUBLIC HEARING
5. Ordinance No. 33-86 - Amendin9 Zonin9 Code - In-Lieu Fees for
Off-Street Parkinq. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending
Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances that the City
Council shall determine the appropriateness of permitting in-
lieu fees for off-street parking.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
6. Ordinance No. 34-86 - Amendin9 Ordinance No. 37-82. Section
2lYl. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Ordinance No.
37-82, repealing Section 2(G) and enacting a new Section 2(G),
providing that regulations in Section 30-17 (V) (3) (a) shall be
applicable.
Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
7. Ordinance No. 35-86 - Amendin9 Code - Babv Sitter Occupational
License Fee. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Chapter
15 "Licenses" of the Code of Ordinances to reduce the license
fee for baby sitting services from $100 to $20.
Recommendation: City Manager recommends approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
8. Ordinance No. 36-86 - Annexation - Section 3. Second Reading
and PUBLIC HEARING repealing Ordinance No. 98-85 for settlement
purposes relating to annexation of Section 3.
Recommendation: City Attorney recommends approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
* 9. Exchanqe of Real Propertv - Ci tv and Sal ina Realty. Resolution
No. 31-86. PUBLIC HEARING relative to exchange of Parcel No. 1
owned by the City, for Parcels Nos. 2 and 3, now owned by Salina
Realty, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of
East Atlantic Avenue and Salina Avenue.
Recommendation: Council action.

14. Micro Computer Maintenance Survey and Cleaning. Consider award
of contract to the low bidder, I.T.T., for survey of micro
computers in various City departments at a cost of $1,120 and
cleaning at a cost not to exceed $14,000, with funds to come
from the various departmental 1985/86 budgets.
Recommendation: City Manager and Finance Director recommend

15. Ratification of South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board action of May 29th Meeting. Consider ratifi-
cation of SCRWTD Board action relative to:
a. Contract for engineering services required for sludge manage-
ment plan between SCRWTD Board and Hazen and Sawyer,
Engineers.
b. Change in procedure for processing payments for materials
stored on-site regarding the S. G. Phillips Constructors
Corporation of Florida contract for expansion of the plant.
Recommendation: SCRWTD Board approved 9-0.

16. Chemicals at Lift Stations. Consider award of contract to the
low bidder, Allied Universal for sodium hypochlorite, with funds
to come from the 1985/86 budget. Estimated yearly use is
400,000 gallons at an approximate cost not to exceed $115,000.

abandons the south three feet of the east/west alley lying north

26. Conditional Use and Site Plan Approval - Patio Delray. Consider
request for conditional use and site plan approval to allow
renovation of an existing restaurant into a restaurant, retail
shops and an office development containing 12,046 square feet,
in a three-story structure and to allow the use of adjacent RM-
10 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District property for off-street
parking. The property is located at the southwest corner of
East Atlantic Avenue and Palm Square. It is zoned CBD (Central
Business District), in part, and RM-IO (Multiple Family Dwell-
ing) District, in part.

office development with drive-thru banking facilities, located
at the northwest corner of Congress Avenue and Lake Ida Road.
Current approval will expire on June 12, 1986.

relative to annexing a 0.57-acre parcel, subject to R-IA (Single

* 39. Ordinance No. 42-86 - Amending Zoning Code - Towinc Services and

regulations and inclusion as a conditional use in the LI (Light
Industrial) and MI (Medium Industrial) zoning districts.
