Ordinance No. 38-86 - Culverhouse Annexation. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing a 0.57-acre parcel, subject to R-IA (Single Family) zoning district, located on the east side of Palm Trail, between N. E. 8th Street and Wither- spoon Lane. Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval since the request is consistent with the City I S Land Use Plan. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. 6. Ordinance No. 39-86 - Bill Wallace Ford Annexation. Second Read- ing and PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing a 1.62-acre parcel, subject to SC (Specialized Commercial) zoning district, located at the southeast corner of Germantown Road and Queens Avenue. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Planning Di- rector recommend approval. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. 7. Ordinance No. 40-86 Zakos Annexation. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing a 0.35-acre parcel, subject to R-IAA (Single Family) zoning district, located on the north side of Lake Shore Drive, between N. W. 6th Avenue and N. W. 8th Avenue. Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval since the request is consistent with the City's Land Use Plan. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. * 8. Ordinance No. 42-86 - Amending Zoning Code - Towing Services and Attendant Storage Facilities. Second Reading amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances relative to the definition of towing services and attendant storage facilities, supple- mentary regulations and inclusion as a conditional use in the LI (Light Industrial) and MI (Medium Industrial) zoning districts. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Planning Di- rector recommend approval. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. Public Hearing was closed at the June 24th meeting and final passage deferred to the July 8th meeting. 9. Ordinance No. 46-86 - Amending Code - Code Enforcement Board. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Chapter 2 "Admini- stration" of the Code of Ordinances to amend the City's current Code Enforcement Board provisions to comply with legislation which has been enacted by the Florida Legislature. Recommendation: Council action. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. * 10. Public Hearina on Land Use Plan Amendment and Rezoning - Delray Town Center/Delray Town Center Executive Plaza. Consider amend- ment to the Land Use Plan for a 20-acre parcel from SF (Single Family) to C (Commercial) and rezoning of the westerly 10 acres (Delray Town Center) from R-IAA (Single Family Dwelling) Dis- trict to GC (General Commercial) Distr ict, and rezoning of the easterly 10 acres (Delray Town Center Executive Plaza) from R-IAA (Single Family Dwelling) District to POC (Planned Office Center) District. Consider request for 18 month extension of the site plan approval to January 22, 1988 for Pelican Harbor Shoppes, a 13,778 square foot Commercial center located at the northeast corner of South Federal Highway and Tropic Isle Drive.
