and SUDDlementarv Re2ulations. Second Reading and PUBLIC
HEARING amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances
relative to the definition of hotel, location of certain
accessory uses and signage.
Recommendation: Planning Director and Planning & Zoning
Board recommend approval.

6. Ordinance No. ~2-86 - Amendin2 Zoning Code - Definition of Board-
in2 and Roomin2 House. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amend-
ing Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances relative to
the definition of boarding and rooming house.
Recommendation: Planning Director and Planning & Zoning
Board recommend approval.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
7. Ordinance No. ~'l-86 - Amendin2 Code - Water and Sewer Char2es.
Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Chapter 29 "Water and
Sewers" of the Code of Ordinances relative to service charge for
returned checks, turning on of service, owner responsible for
charges and resuming service after discontinuance for delin-
quency.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.

Order No. 2 (Final) from A. O. B. Underground, Inc. which reduces
the original price by $49,005.38 for a new price of $578,484.97.

proval.

* 11. Conditional Use and Site Plan ADDroval - Leisure LandscaDe. Con-
sider request for site plan approval for Leisure Landscape, a
proposed 14, 241-square foot light industrial development.
Conditional use approval is requested to allow a caretaker's

Street, between S. W. 15th Avenue and S. W. 16th Avenue.

single family subdivision, located on the east side of Homewood
Boulevard, between Lowson Boulevard and Highland Avenue.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Planning Di-
rector recommend: (a) the City purchase the
entire site for park and recreation pur-
poses; or (b) that City Council approve the
request, subject to conditions.

request for a one year extension of the site plan approval for

Street and N. E. 7th Avenue. The site contains 0.63 acres.

Consider request for conditional use and site plan approval for
Acura of Delray Beach, a proposed automobile dealership, located
on the east side of N. E. 6th Avenue, between N. E. 6th Street
and N. E. 7th Street. Conditional use approval is also
requested to allow the RM-IO zoned portion of the site to be
used for off-street parking. It is zoned SC (Specialized
Commercial), in part, and RM-IO (Multiple Family Dwelling)
District, in part.
