congregate living facilities as a conditional use in certain
zoning districts and establish parking and supplementary
regulations.

11. Ordinance No. '57-86 Amendinll Zonin2 Code - Continuin2 Care
Facil1 ties. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Chapter
30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances to allow continuing care
facilities as a conditional use in certain zoning districts and
provide supplementary regulations.
