Consider ratification of right-of-way and perpetual deed between the City and James W. and Florence M. Marsh in the amount of $4,000 for the purpose of storm drainage lines. Access bv Municioallv Suooorted Free Public Libraries to State Librarv Grant Fundin2 Sources. Resolution No. 59-86 requests the Florida Legislature to enact Legislation to provide for access by municipally supported free Public Libraries to State Library Grant Funding Sources. The City spent $33,000 during the past year for office supplies. Funding will come from various departmental expense accounts, code 35.11. Recommenda tion: Ci ty Manager and Finance Director recommend approval. Action: Motion to award contract. *20. Asbestos Removal. Consider approval of Change Order No.1, in the amount of $1,920.00 for removal of asbestos from the ceiling of the Credit Union office at the North Water Plant. It is zoned RM (Multiple Family Residential District, Medi um Densi ty) in the Coun ty and designated MF-15 (Mul tiple Family-15 units/acre) on the City's Lane Use Plan.
