side of AlA between Brooks Lane and Lewis Cove, if these streets
were extended eastward. It is zoned RM (Multiple Family Resi-
dential District, Medium Density) in the County and designated
MF-15 (Multiple Family-15 units/acre) on the City's Land Use
Plan.
