Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the city of Delray
Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to advise you of
a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council Chambers at 7:00
P.M., Tuesday, January 8, 1985.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of:
1) Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING on Ordinance No. 101-84
changing the City's Land Use Plan Designation for a parcel
of land in Sec. ~O, Township 46 South, Range 43 East.
2) Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING on Ordinance No. 110-84
establishing a Department of Planning.
