Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to
advise you of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council
Chambers at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 7, 1985.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of:
(1) Consideration of extension of or revocation of
temporary certificate of occupancy and for
further instructions to the administration and
City Attorney's Office relative to continuation
of non-conforming use status of Marina Delray.
